Promotion: Purchase a qualifying custom DEWALT Kit Builder bundle and you'll automatically receive one entry into that month's prize draw. One winner will be selected each calendar month to receive a full refund for their qualifying kit.
1. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Open to consumer, trade and business customers.
Only custom kits created and purchased using the online DEWALT Kit Builder at ITS.co.uk qualify.
Only orders paid using a debit or credit card are eligible.
The order must be successfully completed and fully paid.
2. How to Enter
Each qualifying order containing one or more DEWALT Kit Builder(s) receives one entry into the monthly draw.
No separate registration or entry form is required.
Cancelled, fraudulent or unpaid orders will not qualify.
3. Monthly Prize Draw
One winner will be selected completely at random each calendar month.
The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the end of each calendar month.
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their order.
4. The Prize
The prize is a full refund of one qualifying DEWALT Kit Builder purchased during the relevant month.
If an order contains multiple qualifying kits, only one kit will be refunded.
There is no maximum prize value.
No products or components from the winning kit may have been returned, refunded, exchanged or cancelled before the draw takes place.
The refund will be issued back to the original card used to place the order.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Notification
The winner will be selected using a computer-generated random selection process from all eligible entries received during the relevant month.
The winner will be notified via email.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, ITS reserves the right to select another winner.
The winner's details will not be published without their written permission.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of winner verification.
6. General
ITS reserves the right to verify all entries and qualifying purchases.
ITS reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Orders which are cancelled, refunded, subject to a chargeback or where the qualifying kit is returned before the draw takes place will be disqualified.
